Keeping You Engaged
At 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 14, 2021, we all set our clocks back, right after the Red Spectral Moon in Aries. In partnership with Aquarius, Aries is guiding us all until Daylight Savings Time (DST) ends. Ophiuchus (Chiron), along with our New Moon, is also in Aries. Ophiuchus and Aries, both being fire signs, must cooperate with Aquarius and Pisces (Water) and Gemini (Air). In fact, Ophiuchus does not have an element, being the 13th unclassified sign. However, it does have the characteristics of a fire sign (enthusiastic, self-driven, competitive, creative).
If you remember when I gave the moon a name a while ago. Just recently, I learned that the Babylonian and Mayan zodiac beliefs both bear similarities in the number 13. Unlike the traditional new year, the Mayan New Year starts in July and ends in June, each month being 28 days, with a 7-day week. In fact, the Mayan lunar calendar begins in July and ends in June. In addition, something unique about the Mayan Calendar is that they have a “Galactic Signature” for each day of the calendar that dates to before the first century. I am still learning about the Mayan zodiac, so it may have been coincidental, but the Mayan calendar acknowledges that there was a full moon on Sunday with a proper Galactic Signature. (Red Spectral Moon).
I will be adding a short, haiku-like string of words associated with the Mayan Galactic Signature for the week. It should be used, either chanted alone or as a group, incorporated into your life, or meditated upon.
