You rarely see me do a double spotlight, but this week is one of those weeks. Capricorn and Aquarius both have importance. Not only does Saturn rule Capricorn, but it also rules Aquarius. Giving to Aquarius, an Aquariid-n meteor shower is scheduled on the night of Cinco de Mayo. Also, giving to Capricorn, the moon is in its first-quarter today, leveling the playing field.
