Horoscope for the Week of March 6-13: Spotlight on Aries
As winter nears its end, we celebrate a different zodiac sign: Aries.
March 8, 2022
Aries: March 21-April 19
You can only rely on your sign in certain situations. When communicating with others, you will be truthful, but you may not always be fully engaged with them. You often get excited about something, only to lose interest in it a few minutes later.
Whether it’s a joint project or a romantic relationship, your volatile temperament makes it difficult to maintain consistency in the experience. You can be passionate about your social life but can become bored without constant excitement.
Taurus: April 20-May 20
Your sign, like Virgo, is an Earth sign with a high level of trustworthiness. You have a natural aura that is grounded and reliable, making you the foundation of a relationship. However, while fellow Tauruses will always be on your side, they may not be the most direct communicators. An angry Taurus, for example, may not express their feelings openly and may act aggressively. They frequently assume you should know how they feel. Meanwhile, you may consider their indirectness as impolite.
Gemini: May 21-June 21
Geminis are intelligent, inquisitive and energetic. They can be sneaky and deceitful at times, which allows them to be versatile and adaptable. You prefer fast-paced and high-pressure environments. Gemini is generally the most social and talkative of all the zodiac signs.
Because you are likely to become bored quickly, you need to remain active throughout the day. Geminis are adventure seekers who are always looking for new experiences. You also tend to be compassionate and kind.
Cancer: June 22-July 22
Cancers are very generous people. As a Cancer, you are usually protective and caring, and you place a high value on family and friends. Another distinguishing feature of yours is your vivid imagination.
Because you are extroverted, energetic and outgoing, you enjoy socializing with others. Most Cancers make excellent executives and are comfortable in positions of authority.
Leo: July 23-August 22
A Leo is a natural leader who is self-sufficient, charismatic and self-assured. Leos thrive in positions of authority. They can be bossy at times, but they are also very persuasive. Most Leos are goal-oriented and competitive. With a gregarious personality and a sense of humor, every Leo is likable.
Virgo: August 23-September 22
Naturally, Virgos are perfectionists who are detail-oriented and hardworking. As a Virgo, you’re probably a very passionate person full of positivity and are organized and helpful. You require stability to feel at ease and dislike when life throws you curveballs. Additionally, many people born under your sign can quickly learn new languages.
Libra: September 23-October 22
The seventh Zodiac sign, Libra, is associated with administering justice. People born under your sign are pleasant, articulate and charismatic. As talented artists, Libras are diplomatic and self-sufficient. However, they tend to be indecisive, frivolous and impatient.
Scorpio: October 23-November 21
A Scorpio crew is determined and self-assured. Scorpios firmly believe they are masters of their fate, so they get their way by bidding, swapping or whatever else works for them. They are very power-driven. So, while they will quietly follow the senior crew, you don’t want to cross their path. They are reserved, so don’t expect to learn any secrets from them. A Scorpio never forgives or forgets.
Sagittarius: November 22-December 21
You are a great friend who will be direct and honest, but your words may not always come from a place of understanding. Sometimes you can be a little dogmatic. You already know what other people’s beliefs and opinions are. You can always seek honest advice from a Sagittarius, but it may not always be beneficial because this sign can be a little narrow-minded.
Even if this is not their intention, it may feel as if they are judging rather than hearing you, so you may not always feel safe sharing your thoughts with them. Punctuality is not usually one of their strong suits. Can you count on them getting up at 7 a.m. if you have plans? Most likely not.
Capricorn: December 22-January 19
Capricorn, another Earth sign, can be overly practical. A Capricorn will always do what is best for them in any given situation, which isn’t to say they can’t be trusted, but be aware that they can be aloof.
Capricorns are trustworthy in long-term relationships and friendships, but they can prioritize themselves over their partner. The good news is that Capricorns are open about their lack of personal investment. It’s not difficult to tell when you should and shouldn’t trust them.
Aquarius: January 20-February 18
Being a creative Aquarius is a bittersweet experience. You’re very deliberate about how you’ll get things done the best way you can. However, you become irritated when things do not go as planned. As an Aquarius, you excel at everything — math comes naturally to you because your mind is constantly eager to learn new concepts.
Pisces: February 19-March 20
Pisces expect everything to be flawless. They are extremely critical of themselves and never want to take a day off or miss school. Pisces are detail-oriented people who can get worked up over trivial matters. They overthink everything in their lives, except school, where they need to prove something to themselves. Do not be concerned, Pisces — your efforts are never in vain.
Keeping you Engaged
This week, we look at the moon in Aries in tandem with National Procrastination Week. According to the astrology website, Lunaf, “[the] [m]oon in Aries is an egotistical time. People are self-focused and act quickly, following their current mood. Subconscious thoughts, influenced by bright emotions, give an expression of our actual feelings.”
While the moon was only in Aries on March 6 and 7 due to the close approach of the moon and Uranus, this will give a brief time to focus on our personal and interpersonal communication. Next week, pray that the moon will be more active at the beginning of the week as it makes its way through Cancer.
Until next week,
