Nilla Karunakaran is a second-year student at HCC. As the newest Editor of The HCC Times, she aims to amplify student voices while delivering content that both informs and inspires. Nilla is passionate about community empowerment and has served over 1000 hours with the Horizon Foundation and other charitable organizations across Howard County. When she isn't in the newsroom or lecture hall, you’ll find her spending time with family or catching up on all things K-pop.
