James Daly is an oddball who has called Ellicott City home for over a decade. He is currently majoring in General Studies at HCC, after which he has no clue where he’ll go (perhaps filmmaking or archiving). For now though, he spends his time writing, both for the Times and for its own sake, as well as drawing, playing games, visiting museums and national parks, and reading.
